Academy Press List

Legitimate and verifiable members of the media may register on the Academy Press List to receive Academy press releases, access photos from Academy events and request Academy Awards media credentials (when available). The Academy Press List is not for members of the general public.


Registration in the Academy Press List does NOT constitute completion of the application for media credentials to the Academy Awards. To submit an application, you must first log into your press list account, then select the "Apply for Media Credentials" link, and complete the application.


Industry professionals wishing to receive Academy press releases should send a request, via e-mail to publicity@oscars.org.

Members of the media who have previously registered for the Academy's press list may view and/or update their contact information, apply for Academy Award credentials (when available) and access photos from Academy events.
