Student Academy Awards Application
IMPORTANT ENTRY INFORMATION
All entries for the 36th Student Academy Awards must be submitted electronically. However, in addition, you must PRINT A HARD COPY OF YOUR ENTRY FORM and submit it together with your DVD to the appropriate Regional Coordinator. For your entry to be officially completed, the hard copy must contain your signature(s) [as the filmmaker(s)] and the signature of your supervising faculty advisor.
